The personal data provided by the concerned party (such as name, surname, ID number, post and e-mail address), as well as those provided in the future as a result of their development, will be incorporated into a processing register owned by MEDIMAS CASTELLÓ, S.L. for the following purposes: Non-regulated training.

If the personal data provided is that of a third party, the interested party guarantees that he/she has been informed of the Privacy Policy and has obtained his/her authorization to provide his/her data to MEDIMAS CASTELLÓ, S.L. for the aforementioned purposes. Likewise, he/she guarantees that the data provided are accurate and up to date, and is responsible for any direct or indirect damage or harm that may be caused as a result of non-compliance with this obligation.



The personal data provided will be kept as long as the commercial or labor relationship is held and for a period of 5 years or the period required by applicable regulations.


If the interested party revokes his/her consent or exercises the rights of cancellation or suppression, his/her data will be kept blocked at the disposal of the Court Administration for the periods of time legally established in order to satisfy possible liabilities arising from the processing of the personal data.


The legal basis for the processing of your data is the execution of the contract for the provision of services of non-regulated training.

The prospective offer of products and services is based on the consent that is requested of you, and under no circumstances does the withdrawal of this consent condition the execution of the subscription contract.



The personal data processed by MEDIMAS CASTELLÓ, S. L originates when you are asked to provide it in order to establish appropriate relations for the provision of the services.

The categories of data processed are:

– Identification data.

– Bank details for direct debiting.

– Tax data for billing and accounting.

– Postal or electronic addresses.

– Commercial information.


No specially protected data are processed



The data will be communicated in order to carry out the corresponding invoicing including tax management for such purposes. On-Line courses

The product you hire consists of an online course with a tutoring service responsible for resolving questions related to your course.

The activation of courses is carried out within 12/24 working hours (Monday to Friday, except public holidays).

The tutoring service will resolve your doubts within 24 to 48 working hours (Monday to Friday, except public holidays) except for specific situations of excessive consultations.

The European Institute of Dermocosmetics will make every effort to ensure that both activations and consultations are resolved within a maximum of 3 working days.

Face-to-face courses

The purchased product is a face-to-face course, the practices are supervised by a professor specializing in natural cosmetics. For the realization of the same will have all the utensils and necessary ingredients for the correct realization of the practices and lectivos exercises.

To take any practical course in the catalog of the European Institute of Dermocosmetics, it is necessary to take the associated online course beforehand, an indispensable requirement.

Important note:

The realization of the different face-to-face courses will be subject to a minimum of enrolled students, in case of not getting that minimum, the course would be canceled, giving option to the enrolled to come in the next call or to the return of the paid amount.

Dermocosmetics Kits

The products you can buy on our website are devices for distilling and extracting the active ingredients of medicinal plants, they are products patented by the Institute itself.

Its availability will be subject to existing stock. If you do not have stock at the time of order, you will be notified within 24/48 hours of its unavailability and the approximate delivery time.

We do not ship outside the EU, given the difficulty of transport.



Online courses

In online courses, once the activation codes have been sent and the user has accessed the institute’s virtual classroom, it will no longer be possible to return the money for reasons of non-compliance or dissatisfaction.

Remember that there is no reason to refund the amount that you do not have the technical means, computer equipment, access to the Network or software necessary for the correct realization of our courses. We inform you that the system requirements are very basic and it is necessary to install a pdf reader for reading downloaded documents and have flash installed for watching videos.

There will be no reason to refund the course amount, non-compliance with the course content. To prevent this from happening, the European Institute of Dermocosmetics puts at its disposal all the necessary means to ensure the content of the courses to be acquired (in each of the courses there is a free sample with the content of the same). Face-to-face courses

Once the payment of any face-to-face course has been made, the refund will only be possible if it is notified at least before 15 working and working days to the date of the course.

In case of not being able to attend the course on the day indicated for reasons of force majeure (it will have to be justified), you have the possibility to change of call of the course. To do so, contact the European Institute of Dermocosmetics via our e-mail or telephone contacts.

Dermocosmetic kits

If the order is canceled, it must be notified before sending the dermocosmetic kit for a full refund.

In case of non-compliance with the kit once delivered, you must notify us of the reason for your decision in writing via email info@institutodermocosmetica.com or by phone, via 964 24 18 25/692 693 693 (attention by WhatsApp platform included).

Once the application has been accepted, you must send us the kit in the same conditions in which it was delivered.

We will not accept returns of kits that have been used.


On-Line courses

Unless extraordinary circumstances occur, the order will be activated within a maximum of 24/48 working hours (Monday to Friday, except holidays) from the date on which confirmation of payment is received.

If for any reason we could not meet the activation date, we will inform you of this circumstance and give you the option to proceed with the purchase by setting a new activation date or cancel the order with a full refund of the amount paid.

Please note in any case that we do not perform activations on non-working days, as well as Saturdays or Sundays.

For the purposes of these conditions, it will be understood that the course has been delivered at the time we send the activation emails to the email account indicated to us.

Please note that for reasons beyond our control, there are times when email managers such as Hotmail or Gmail send our emails to the Junk Mailbox. Accept us as a valid email for further communications from our tutors to you.

Dermocosmetic Kits

In case of stock, the kits will be sent by courier within 2-3 working days from Monday to Friday (except holidays). The time to receive the order will vary depending on the location to which it is sent.

The Institute is not responsible for defects or damage that the kits may suffer in the shipping process. It will be the company in charge of the transport that will bear the derived expenses.



The price of the products is what appears on the website itself.

You can use Paypal, credit / debit card or make a bank transfer as a means of payment. If your means of payment is Paypal, the charge will be made at the time we confirm the order. In case Paypal does not authorize the payment or the transfer is not received, your order will not be formalized and therefore processed, being the sole responsibility of the buyer, the delay in the delivery of your order that this fact may cause. Such a circumstance also affects any other method that may be implemented in the future.



Applicable regulations require that some of the information or communications we send you be in writing. By using this website, you agree that most communications with us will be electronic.

The European Institute of Dermocosmetics is exempt from liability in the event of failure to comply with any of the rules in our policies if the reasons for non-compliance have been due to force majeure (understood as all those outside our activity that directly prevent or indirect the proper functioning of the company).



If during the term of a contract, we cease to insist on the strict fulfillment of any of the obligations assumed under it or any of these conditions, or if we cease to exercise any of the rights or resources that we were entitled to exercise or interpose under such contract or these conditions, such act shall not constitute a waiver of such rights or remedies or exempt you from fulfilling such obligations.

No waiver by us of any of these terms and conditions will take effect unless expressly stated to be a waiver and communicated to you in writing in accordance with the provisions of the previous notices section.



If any of these conditions are considered invalid, illegal or unenforceable to any extent by the competent authority, they will be separated from the remaining conditions and provisions which will remain valid to the extent permitted by law.



You will be subject to the policies and conditions in effect at the time you place your order, unless by law or decision of government agencies we must make changes to those conditions or Privacy Policies, in which case any changes will also affect orders. that you would have done previously.



Contracts for the purchase of products through our site will be governed by Spanish law. Any dispute that arises or is related to such contracts will be subject to the jurisdiction of the Spanish courts and tribunals.
